that you choose to save this in your 'My Documents' Folder
or in a Folder you have created for it. If you do this
you will ensure easy access to your MP3 download as you
will know exactly where it is located.

do not receive an email with your download link, the download
does not start or if you experience any other difficulties

Some of
the MP3 Downloads will come as a ZIPPED file. You will need
be be able to UNZIP this. All of the other MP3 Downloads
will come as a straight MP3 and will not need to be UNZIPPED.

LISTENING
INSTRUCTIONS
To
listen to any downloaded session you will need to use headphones
in order to benefit from the designed effect. This can be any
kind of headphones, you can even put the session on your MP3
player and listen to it on that. It is recommended that you
sit back and relax while you listen to most of the sessions.
Some of them you can listen to as you are going to sleep and
even while you sleep. Other sessions need to be played while
involved in the activities the session is designed to help
with. Just read the product description to see how you use
